Vakrat
Vakrat is a newly opened luxury hair and beauty salon in the heart of Hampstead, London.
The objective was to establish the salon as an expert in the local industry and increase the number of website bookings. To achieve this, I planned to build trust and an engaged community of beauty and fashion enthusiasts, who later will be converted into bookings.
With my efforts, we achieved a follower growth of over 20.5% and fully booked days.
